(Mohamadhadi)Hamid Kaviani (Persian: حمید کاویانی, born June 26, 1981 in Kermanshah, Iran) is an Iranian film director and screenwriter.[1]
Career[edit]
Kaviani was born in Kermanshah, Iran. His artistic career began in 1997, has been writing and making documentaries. He has directed more than 11 documentary films in Iran. He has chosen his father's name as his own name. He directed his first short film in 2004. Half-length movies he drew the attention of the Iranian festivals. He directed his first feature film at the age of 35. Hamid Kaviani is interested in classical cinema.
