The State of California Budgetary/Legal Basis Report

The State of California's Budgetary/Legal Basis Annual Report (BLBAR) is prepared by the State Controller. Fund Balance and other data from the BLBAR are used by the Department of Finance to prepare the Governor's Budget.

Contents (editing note: I want to make this important document intelligible. Right now, it is just a book full of numbers that most people don't even know exists. In order to get our economic house in order, these are the kinds of documents that more people need to become familiar with.)
