Hatty was born in 2004 in Uganda Kampala. She went to Oxford University at the age of 16 as she was deemed too bright for her age. She is famously known for her enthusiasm and persistence in advocating for rights of marginalized communities. She is now married to Erisa Mukisa, a famous lawyer in the UK, and has a one year old daughter. She told the press about her dream of creating an organization that empowers women most especially those with disabilities. Not much is known about her life as she boldly stated in one of her interviews that privacy was her second name.
