Do the following steps to create holders for top and bottom messages:

Click on the 'top' node, which is under 'My user page' in tree view.

Press the 'Generate' button.

Wait for HTTP response.

Copy over the generated code.

Scroll down and press the button 'Save Page'.

Repeat the above steps but for the 'bottom' node.
