I Can See Your Voice is a Philippine game show based on the original South Korean game show of the same name.[1] It airs on ABS-CBN every Saturdays and Sundays at 9:30 pm. It is hosted by Luis Manzano.[2]

Format[edit]

Overview[edit]

The program will invite one guest artist in every episode. The guest artist must attempt to guess whether the contestant (see-cret songer) is a skilled vocalist (see-nger) or a tone-deaf (see-ntunado) contestant without hearing them sing. The guest, with the help and advice of the Sing of the Crime Operatives (SOCO), will eliminate 1 to 2 contestants in each round. Eliminated contestants will then reveal their singing ability on the stage of truth. The last contestant gets to sing a duet with the guest artist. If the last person standing is a skilled vocalist, he/she will become an automatic contestant in Tawag ng Tanghalan of It's Showtime and will win 25,000 pesos. If he/she is a tone-deaf person, he/she will win 25,000 pesos.[2]

Round & clues[edit]

There are six contestants, referred to as see-cret songers, each standing on a numbered platform. They do not speak until the final clue.

  • First Clue: Stop, Looks, and Listen
Differentiate the skilled vocalists and tone-deaf participants just by looking at their appearances and singing visual. This round will show a muted video of each contestant’s singing and will only reveal 0.3 seconds of their singing voice.
The eliminated contestant in this round will receive 5,000 pesos.
  • Second Clue: The Voice is Synching
Identify the skilled vocalists who are lip syncing to their own voice and the tone-deaf participants who are lip syncing to someone else's voice that have their similar voice tone.
The eliminated contestants in this round will receive 10,000 pesos each.
  • Final Clue: I Like to Prove It! Prove It!
The participants will provide proofs of participants' singing ability, i.e. certificates, video, etc. The skilled vocalist had their own evidences, while tone-deaf's had their evidences fabricated. Guests will then have 30 seconds to discuss with the Sing of the Crime Operatives before making the final decision.
The eliminated artists in the final round will receive 15,000 pesos each. The contestant chosen by the guest artist will receive 25,000 pesos.
