Its clients are pharmaceutical clients as well as health charities^[4] and its associates are a mixture of creative writers, designers, digital experts, PhD writers and practising medical professionals^[5]. The agency operates a profit share programme for its team and allows them to work from 'wherever best suits them'^[6]. Hunt's career includes both charity and pharmaceutical experience and Buckley's former agency, Magnetic, was the precursor to 11 LONDON^[7].
