I am the founder of a startup whose goal is to help software developers in their jobs to get more satisfaction, clarity of purpose, and build autonomy of capability. Right now we are all about helping software developers when they search for code to leverage, learn or be inspired by but that's not the end vision, we see a future where every software developer relies on a machine learning and deep learning based agent to tackle the mundane tasks of syntax, usage, patterns, and the like and the software developer will be freed up to focus on the organization of the functionality and how they wish to compose their functions and features.

I have always thought there must be a better way to work, from my earliest hackings in Basic and procedural languages as a child, to my dashed hopes in development methodologies and processes to solve problems, and in reaching my current belief - we help best when we help an individual software developer achieve their goal and move onto the next task. When I was the Director of Engineering at Best Buy I was tasked with helping 4,500 software developers to deliver more business value and maintain a sustainable pace.
