Ihator Brown has superb organisational ability and a realistic approach to defining problems, resolving conflict, and developing practical solutions.

His current experience as Director at the Greenacre Multi Academy Trust and his previous experience in working for DSGi and Argos, two of the most dominant electrical retailer in Europe, contribute to his ability to managing large multidisciplinary teams. He is an all-rounder and enjoys working on his initiative to consistently deliver top quality results. Ihator has ten years retail managers experience in addition to a BSc in Business Management.

Ihator also has six years experience as a Business Consultant and four years experience as an executive officer for Kiwanis International, the third largest volunteer organisation in the world. He is an excellent people manager, who can manage campaigns end-to-end, promote the best practice, control budgets, carry out staff appraisals and guide individual members of staff, so they reach their full potential.

Ihator has been uniquely involved in several charities (non- profit organisation), community (government sectors) and brands (private organisations) in the UK and worldwide, with several key partners organisation in Europe, which have encouraged his involvement with this International volunteer children Organisation.
