Silverlandia Silverlandia is the terminology and location name for all areas in and around Silverlake, Los Angeles, California. This includes but is not limited too: Silverlake, Echo Park, Los Feliz and Atwater Village but may extend to as far as Eagle Rock.
Derived from the title of a popular television show "Portlandia", Silverlandia, has taken the suffix of -landia and moved it to Southern California whilst maintaining Portland's similarly hip, artsy, bike riding and coffee sipping atmosphere.
Silverlandia is the term used for these hip local spots just outside of the city life of Los Angeles and just on the edge of Eagle Rock hills.
