[edit]Since the article hasn't been written, not even a stub, I feel I can just add any relevant and reliable information I can find. I'm hoping I can add what it is, where it comes from, why it was created, and how it helps. I'll probably just create a basic structure for it and give the bare minimum of information for the readers to grasp an idea of it.
The City Environmental Quality Review is a process in New York City in which agencies must review any discretionary action they approved and the impact it has on the environment.

While reading the second paragraph of the Community Development article, I quickly spotted a quote that did not have a link to it. Although the article did mention who said it, there was no context to signify where the quote was coming from and why they said it.
The article goes on by making independent claims about community developers work; which I may agree with, but I thought we must refrain from making assumptions and analysis. Also in some areas, the article seems ambiguous, referring to a broad set of social institutions, without narrowing it down to what that could entail.
Overall, a decent article that may lack some citations and needs to be made tighter, cutting out vague language. Also needs to refrain from making claims and stick with being neutral

[edit]I choose the article Older People for Older People to evaluate. The article was pretty short compared to the Community Development article and could have been fleshed out a bit more. However, the article did provide citations and hardly had any biased claims. It provided good information but more context could have been provided in some parts of the article to really bring awareness to the reader. For instance, in the last section the author told us the outcomes of the program, but it didn't specify where those outcomes were implemented. That could have been valuable information
