Superior Auto, Inc. is one of the largest, privately-held automotive retailers in the United States. They focus exclusively on the sale and financing of used vehicles to the subprime market. As a Buy-Here/Pay-Here (BHPH) operator, Superior Auto, Inc. sells vehicles and provides in-house financing to consumers who typically do not have access to traditional financing.

Brookside Equity Partners & Parallel Investment Partners Acquisition[edit]

In June 2012, Superior Auto, Inc. was aquired by Brookside Equity Partners[1], a private equity firm based in Stamford, Connecticut and Parallel Investment Partners[2] in Dallas, Texas.
