Jerry M. Barnes-Born on November 16th, 1962 in Chicago, Illinois. Jerry was born and raised by his single mother, Dorothy Lee Barnes, who later married Lawrence H. Harris, who was employed by CTA (Chicago Transit Authority) and resided with his brothers Michael Anthony Barnes and Christopher Barnes. Jerry attended Goudy Elementary school and graduated in 1976 and went on to attend Senn High School, where he graduated in 1980. After graduation, Jerry became a dancer at East Palace and Coconuts Night Club.
