Carcharodontosauridae

[edit]

A cladogramm by Holtz[9].

    |_Neovenator
      |__Acrocanthosaurus

This cladogramm states that Neovenator is closely related to Allosaurus. But research by Brussatte et al. puts Neovenatoridae and Carcharodontosauridae in a group -Carcharodontosauria[10]

Cladogramm after F.Ortego[3].

    |_Eocarcharia
      |_Shaochilong
        |_Tyrannotitan
          |_Giganotosaurus
          |_Carcharodontosaurus
          |_Mapusaurus

Note:In this cladogramm is a mistake. Now Neovenator is not under Carcharodontosauridae.
