John Danbury is a TV & Film Producer, Actor, and public speaker.

John Danbury was born in Barnet North London and at the age of 4 moved with his family to St Neots in Cambridgeshire where he stayed until he left school and moved to London 3 weeks after his 17th Birthday to attend the Mountview Conservatoire of performing Arts, where he trained in Musical Theatre after a short time as an actor John became a sales manager for the worlds largest retail magic company, Marvin’s Magic and there he gained a love of performing Magic. For the next 30 years he entertained at the highest level with private parties for the rich, famous and members of royalty. At the same time, he also managed a top central London cabaret club called Centre Stage where he booked and hosted hundreds of the world’s top artists.

In the theatre John produced fringe magic shows, cabaret nights and booked top variety acts at venues across the country.

In 2016 he founded, alongside a business partner, Visualize Films and within 3 weeks had secured his first television commission for Irish TV and went on to produce the 10 part series “Are we there yet?” which was presented by Charlie Lawson & Daniel Coll and featured some of Irelands top stars including Sir James & Lady Galway, Dana and celebrity Chef, Rachel Allen. This show went on to be shown across the USA.

After this he moved swiftly onto producing scripted drama and made his first feature film ‘Last Laugh” written by multi BAFTA award winner John Godber OBE then a handful of short films including “Candida”, “8%”, “Footlong”, “Tina” and the multi award winning “Mystaken Identity”, “25% - A Confession” & “Touching the Blue”.

His musical feature film, “Tomorrow Morning” written and composed by Laurence Mark Wythe starred Samantha Barks, Ramin Karimloo, Dame Joan Collins, Anita Dobson, Omid Djalili, Harriet Thorpe and Henry Goodman with additional choreography by Strictly Come Dancing’s Karen Hauer.
