GKG.NET, INC. is Texas based domain registrar and web hosting service.

GKG.NET, INC. was founded in 1993 by Paul Marvin Jr. and W. Taylor Marvin. GKG.NET was founded as Global Knowledge Group (GKG) to get an early jump on the eCommerce wave quickly builing on the World Wide Web. Some of GKG's first clients included Texas A&M University, Airtouch, and Cellular One.

By 1999, GKG had excelled in the e-business market providing full service IT solutions in site development, hosting, and network services. When ICANN opened up domain registration GKG became the 7th accredited and 13th operational domain registrar. GKG began registering .com, .net and .org tld's and has since added .info, .biz, .name, .us, .cc, and .tv.
