Julia Garcia Santana Born on July 6, 1980, in a small town near the border of Mexico and U.S.A., called Nuevo Progreso, Tamaulipas, Mexico. 1 of four siblings that were born in Mexico, a decision her parents made after their first born had a Uterine Death. At 40 days of being born, her mother would come back to the U.S.A., and continue to live a life of extreme poverty. Julia was the 3rd of 8 children. Suffered from Anorexia, Hepatitis B, and anxiety at a young age. Attended school in the town of Elsa, Texas. in 1998, her senior year, she left her parents home and moved in with her now husband Jorge A. Santana and his family, where she has lived on and off for her entire marriage. In 2001, she joined the Texas Army National Guard, she had an Honorable Discharge in 2006 when she was pregnant of her 4th child. She had a total of 5 children of her own (Jorge Antonio Santana Jr., Kayla Nicole Santana, Jonathan Gabriel Santana, Justin Genaro Santana, Sofia Victoria Santana), 1 stepdaughter (Adriana Santana). Although her siblings have reduced from 8 to 5, since 3 male siblings have passed away and 1 male 4 females are alive, she continues to battle anxiety, depression and was diagnosed with PTSD in 2015.
