JustBerry*[edit]

JustBerry (talk · contribs · count) I'm an active Wikipedian, helper on IRC, AfC reviewer, anti-vandal member, part-time GOCE editor, and copyright-vio "fixer." I would really like to see how I can improve my operations, protocols, and edits on Wikipedia (i.e. the ways I do things, deal with things, etc.) Thank you for reviewing me; I look forward to hearing your feedback. im JustBerry (talk) 23:59, 23 May 2014 (UTC)

Questions

  1. What are your primary contributions to Wikipedia? Are there any about which you are particularly pleased? Why?
Similar to my opening statement: I'm a helper on IRC, AfC reviewer, anti-vandal member, part-time GOCE editor, and copyright-vio "fixer." I think I'm pleased about my IRC bot (JustTheBot), which has served as a temporary bot a few times in the absence of Helpmebot. 1
  2. Have you been in editing disputes or do you feel other users have caused you stress? How have you dealt with it and how will you deal with it in the future? If you have never been in an editing dispute, explain how you would respond to one.
Well, both at times. To be honest, I would definitely recommend you look at my talk page. Being very honest here, my recently hasty AfC reviews and deletion requests (MfD and/or AfD) have made users upset. Sometimes, if editors undo my edits for reasons I truly disagree on, I try to have a conversation with them. 2
  3. What do you want to get out of this editor review? Are you thinking of running for adminship? Would you like feedback on a specific area of your editing? Or would you just like a general review of your edits?
Well, let's be honest: I think I'm far from adminship. I'm not interested in being one in the near future either. I have no affiliation or relation with some of the advanced tools and Wikipedia policies administrators work with. I think a general, comprehensive review of my edits would be nice. 3
