The Staudacher S-300 is an American aerobatic aircraft that was designed and built by Jon Staudacher and was first flown in 1990.

The S-300 was designed for aerobatic competition in the US International Aerobatic Club advanced and unlimited classes. Seven Staudachers participated in the 1993 US national championships.

The aircraft was built to order in limited numbers by Staudacher Aircraft Inc, and was registered in the Experimental/Exhibition category. A later derivative offered 2-seats, and was designated the S-600. Since 1990, over 30 aircraft in the S-300 and S-600 family were built. The Staudacher company was purchased in 1999 by Greg Panzl of Wingtip to Wingtip LLC, who has launched an improved, lighter and more powerful version, the Panzl S-330.
