1. Create class to represent Good Article Nominations and import them from Category:Good article nominees
2. Create template hygiene functionality to add status= and note= to {{GA nominee}} if it is missing.

1. Create functionality to manipulate WP:GAN when an a candidate is created, the status is changed, or the note is updated.
2. Create functionality to transclude the review page onto the article's talk page when review is created.
3. Create functionality to deliver a talk page notice to nominator on status change.
4. Create functionality to add GA article icon ({{good article}}) when template {{GA}} has been added to a review's talk page
5. Create functionality to add oldid= parameter to {{GA}} on article's talk page.
