Background[edit]
AIT international school was unofficially established in 1967 under the command of Majesty King Bhumibol Aduyljadej. The purpose of AIT international school is to attract more AIT’s faculties to live on campus, as it was stated by AIT president of that time[1]. Currently, AIT international school is divided into Pre-Kindergarten and Elementary School. The school provides an American-style curriculum education to approximately 25 nationalities of students. AIT international school is located in AIT which is located next to Thamasart Rangsit University. This can be clearly understood by looking at the figure below.

Diversity is important to learning. Bassett-Jones concludes a work of Hennessey & Amabile, which was published in 1998, as “Diversity, combined with an understanding of individual strengths and weaknesses, and working relationships that are founded upon sensitivity and trust, have been shown to enhance creativity and problem-solving capability,” [5]. As most people should generally have learnt through their education life, including the author, these important characteristics can be gained fairly easy in a group of children who are naturally learning. However,[6]there is an article bases on various scientific research, states that diversity generally suppresses sense of community. Thereforeore diversity, in another hand, may causes stressful environment, which can be created through lacking of community sense. Hence, diversity in AITIS can be viewed as both good and bad points for children.
Job provider[edit]
Since AIT is an international school, it requires teachers who can communicate in English[7] . Since teaching English is said to be the easiest option for a foreigner in Thailand and has a massive demanding in Thailand [8] , therefore AIT international school is another place which provides this opportunity.
Fees[edit]
Since AIT international school was mainly created to server AIT residents. Therefore the school fee for AITians is subsidized for AIT residents as shown in the table below.

Other international schools fees in Thailand, discard any concerns about qualities and opinions from parents and students, International school fee in Thailand ranges between 200,000 baht to 600,000 with an approximated average school fee of 400,000 baht. Therefore, AIT international school is considered to be inexpensive in comparison to other international school in Thailand. Review of AITis[edit]
Since AIT is located in Thailand, so looking at the reviews from Thai people are the most comfortable way of reviewing AIT international school. Therefore, Pantip is a common blogging website of Thailand is being use for this purpose [10].
Review[11]:
As a post in PANTIP website, a website which is widely used in Thailand for blogging, MIXTERS, a concerned mom, said that she has seen kids from AITIS who can speak fluently in English. This is an impressive quality for Thai people. Therefore she has concluded AITIS as a good international school.
However, there is another post in this blog, saying that, although AITIS is a good school to learn English but the facilities and equipments are inadequate. She shares a story, which written in Thai language, that when her child was sick. AITIS, who depended on AIT clinic, could not provide a room for her child. Therefore, her sick child had to lie down in a corner of a class room, waiting for his mother.
