Peer Review #2: The article was pretty darn good. I went ahead and read the review below and had some similar thoughts.
- I think you could possible break the "scientific contributions and research" either up or rename it "research and other contributions to science". Also the opening segment seems redundant later because the information is essentially identical in both areas. Maybe I am wrong.. but I would suggest smoothing out the opening segment so it is simpler information and leaving the super details for later. That way its not redundant but also can give the reader a good idea of how awesome Singer is.
- Also the concept of "artificial RNA" is unclear to me. Maybe linking that or adding a little extra about it, transitioning into and out of that sentence group.
- towards the ends of the research section there is a sentence about Maxine encouraging women to be in science instead of "wasting their skills because of unintentional bias against them." I really want to rephrase this but couldn't find anything better. It sounds a little awkward in its phrasing but I hope you can fix that because I for sure couldn't find a way to.
Overall its pretty solid and taught me about someone who I am happy to know about now. So thank you!! - Akardoust
Peer Review: The article flows well! No major errors or edits. I would suggest replacing life with biography, it seems more appropriate. You can also separate Scientific contribution and Research and include them as two different headings. It was an interesting article to read! Good Job!!
There is room for expansion of the science on both women's pages.
Active site: seems like there is a good amount of material already, although it could be clarified and expanded
Semipermeable Membrane: this seems like a lot of the relevant information would be on the biological membrane page already, although there is a request for improvement
Electron acceptor: There seems to be a bit more info that can be added, but this is a very broad topic. So a lot of the detail may be more appropriate for the individual acceptors' page.
