Personal life and Education: Pammi Somal studied from Carmel Convent, did her Masters in Sociology from Punjab University, Chandigarh and got married to a Ship Captain. After sailing on the high seas and travelling all over the world, she settled down in Mumbai with her three children. Then she did her diploma in Mass Communication & Journalism, another one in Creative Writing. Being spiritually inclined she has done her Masters in Reiki, Graduation in Silva Mind Method and Law of Attraction.


Career: In a span of twenty years, she wrote for many leading Bollywood magazines and was Assistant Editor with the popular glossy - Cine Blitz - for many years. Even though she has written controversial stories for so many years, she still has a very good rapport with all the celebrities and media, earning a lot of goodwill in the glamour industry. This is a result of her balanced viewpoints and also, till date, she has never written a false story. Her homework on all her articles has always been thorough. In the 90's she started writing scripts for television serials and also launched a magazine Cafe Celeb in 2003. She has been the CEO of a corporate house and President - Business Development for a Singapore based MNC. In 2006 she started her own production company, Creative Steps Productions, and has since then produced, written & directed two films - 'Mummyji' and 'Kabse Sambhalle Rakha Hai Dill'.
