Kasalika David was born on 20th August 1964 in Kitwe at Nkana mine Hospital, the forth born son of Mr Limbisani Kapezya Kasalika and Mrs Ailesi Banda, of both Chipata Eastern Province of Zambia, the family of 7, five female and two male, Muzwaila who was later renamed Dorothy the first born, Enala who was also later renamed Justina, Besinat, then David, Whiteson and the last born Judith. Mr. Limibisani Kapezya Kasalika worked as an artisan miner at Nkana Mine of then ZCCM.
Stated school at Anoya Zulu Primary school Chipata of Eastern Province, Zambia in 1972. went to various school due to the fact that the parents divorced when he was 3 years. He got married to Rosemary Mwanza on 20th September 1999, has five children, three girls and two boys. In 1972 on 14th June started a Church together with his team called Grace Christian Centre in Lilanda Twonship Lusaka, left the church in 1999, and in 2000 The Lord led him to start another Ministry called Reconciliation Outreach Centre of which he is a presiding Bishop.
He was ordained as a Pastor in 2005, and was ordained as a Bishop on 05th October 2015. He has an Advanced Diploma in Pastorial Ministry,from Africa Ministries Network (AFMIN) Bth in apologetic and theology from Trinity theological seminary India and associate degree in Christian studies
