The Executive Producer title in the earlier years was referred to as the Series Producer (On screen credits).

  • Dates out of brackets are actual dates.
  • Dates in brackets are on screen credits date which gives a rough estimate
  • If text is coloured green it has been confirmed using on screen credits
  • If text is coloured orange its believed that there dates have located but need confirmed.
  • If text is coloured red more information is needed.
