This is a list of New York City Subway stations with closed crossovers and crossunders that, when open, allowed passengers to go between platforms in opposite directions without paying an additional fare. Additional information would be appreciated, including dates when they were closed, and the existence of additional passageways. Proper citations would be appreciated, whether they are newspaper articles detailing them, NYCTA documentation, or images showing their existence. Several were closed in the 1990s.

- 3rd Avenue/149th Street, White Plains Road Line, crossunder
- Had connection to former Third Avenue Elevated
- Hoyt Street, Seventh Avenue Line, crossunder at Bridge Street
- Had connection to A&S store (now Macy's)
