Here are some example (files and wikimarkup) to demonstrate the voice intro files; and how they integrate into wiki pages.

Emery Emery

This was our first example file. I have created two forms of voice intro here with this file. The first one is compact:

Cat Purring

The markup on this page with copied to show the same use with a cat purring file, uploaded by Susan. Note that these listen boxes are right justified and do not flow with the text. I'm not sure why they are doing that - this mystery will have to be solved another time.

Variants

In addition to Template:Listen, there are other variants. The other forms allow in-line audio both within text and also tables with smaller controls.

For example, The Cat Ariadne often makes this Prrrrr Purr in the voice of "Ariadne"^ⓘ
