Kiane Jay Joaquin Cababat Born on March 26, 1999 at General Santos City and was raised in Catholic childhood by his grandparents. He was the second child of Hon. Emilio Canoy Cababat and Jenny Manato Joaquin. He have a sister named Kizzle Bea Baiton and a brother named Kier Ivan Cababat.

Educational Background: Alabel Alliance School Inc. - Nursery School year 2004-2005. Alabel Central Elementary School - Primary Education year 2005-2011. Alabel National Highschool - Secondary Education year 2011-2015. A graduate with Vocational Course - Electrical Installation and Maintenance (EIM II) University of Southern Mindanao - Tertiary Education year 2015-2024. A graduate in Doctor of Veterinary Medicine at the USM College of Veterinary Medicine.

Work and Experience: He was specialized with Electrical House wirings and Electrical drafting. He studied Doctor of Veterinary Medicine and was master's in work of animal production and animal husbandry. He was also a elected Barangay Official at Barangay Maribulan, Alabel Sarangani Province on November 2023 and was granted with special Civil Service Eligibility. Serving in the Barangay Level he was appointed to be the head committee in Agriculture and Environmental committee, he was also appointed to be a vice committee head in Education and Finance. As a Barangay committee head of Agriculture he masters in production of vegetable seedlings and for Environmental committee head he masters in tree seedlings production.

Graduated in elementary in the First Section at Alabel Central Elementary School year 2011. Graduated in Highschool as S1 Cadet Officer, Active Boys Scout of the year 2015, and most Responsible Student of the Newton Class year 2015. Lastly he was also an NCII holder with a Vocational course of Electrical Installation and Maintenance (EIM).
