Blue Enforcement Cursors a.k.a BEC is a law-enforcement agency of Kinkow and Dershka. Created by Blue Knight Magazine , a secret law-enforcement agency magazine (a.k.a sawenagos) , in the mid-1980's, it often deals with teen criminals and adult criminals. It is an alliance with Hunt of Reguarded Spy Enforcment aka HORSE.
