I'm Kirez Anderson Reynolds, available at KirezR -at- gmail.com.

Lucky dude! My name's unique, so you'll find pictures of me through Google image search on my name.

I live in Glendale, Arizona with my wife, Natasha, and our German Rottweiler Mischka. I study monetary metals (Gold, Silver) and am preparing to take an exam as a Private Equity Primary Market Broker (Series 82 license through FINRA), which will enable me to help investors protect their wealth from bank default and market risk by buying gold that earns a return. This market is being created by the Economics work, and Gold Standard advocacy, of Dr. Keith Weiner.

In 1993, I met Jimmy Wales through an email list he managed, the Moderated Discussion of Objectivist Philosophy. I created a similar list, Objectivism-L@cornell.edu, and Jimmy and I became friends. This lightened Jimmy's workload and added some valuable diversity to the online Objectivist discussion forums, as he was a graduate student in Finance in Indiana at the time, before he moved to Chicago to become a commodities futures trader (We first met in Chicago).

When Jimmy left Chicago and moved to California to found Bomis.com (a search engine, using a human-edited model like Yahoo! did at the time), he included me in discussions of how to use Wiki software to create a general encyclopedia. He offered for me to spearhead entries on Philosophy and Economics (my passions)... but I was working for a private military contractor at the time, and I didn't help Jimmy.

That's why my Username, Kirez, is as old as it is... albeit this one I created many years later, in 2006. Jimmy and several mutual friends were all working on Bomis and the first version of Wikipedia back in 2000, 2001, 2002. We were all living in Pacific Beach, California! I went yachting with Jimmy a few times when he picked up that interest, in 2002-2004. I also got to drive his Ferrari Testarossa (promotional item for Bomis), which we naturally took through an In-N-Out Burger drive thru.
