What is My Doll’s World:

My Doll’s World is a very successful channel on YouTube. She makes videos with her Barbie dolls.  She has over 11,000 subscribers and almost 7 million views. She uploads very frequently. Her videos gain around 10,000-20,000 views. According to Social blade, she makes 50,000-70,000 dollars a year.

About My Doll’s World:

So now you are probably thinking “What are these videos about” Her videos range from 7-10 minutes long. They are basically about Barbie’s family. This includes: Barbie, Skipper, Stacie, and Chelsea. Her videos are very entertaining. My daughter has been watching this channel for about 4 months now. She says the videos are very inspirational and funny. Some of my daughter’s favorites are the ‘Chelsea Runs Away’ series. I watched it myself and it was very entertaining. It was about a little girl named Chelsea. The girl felt strongly that no one at school or in her family loved her. One day Chelsea decided to run away and find a “new life” Chelsea has a very dangerous experience. I was surprised the girl did not get hurt! Anyway, Chelsea eventually realizes running away is not the answer and returns home. This is a very inspirational series. It teaches kids the running away is not the answer, and most importantly, the importance of family. I highly recommend the series!  

So who is My Doll’s World?

So you all are probably thinking “Who is this creative YouTuber?” My Doll’s World’s real name is Elizabeth, according to her YouTube description. Although Elizabeth has not shared her age on the internet, she is rumored to be around 9-11. Elizabeth has not addressed her age, but by the sound of her voice, she sounds like she is 10 years old. She did upload a video on May 15, 2017 called “Introducing Z Yang, AGPS”. In the video Elizabeth briefly explains that she got the doll that day at the American Girl store for her birthday. Even though Elizabeth did not say how old she was turning, she did confirm that date was her birthday. Elizabeth has not revealed her face either. She uploaded a video on January 18, 2017 called “10,000 Subscribers and a Face Reveal” About 4 hours after she posted it, my daughter attempted to watch it, but the video was deleted for unknown reasons.

Do you recommend ‘My Doll’s World’:

YES. I highly recommend her channel. It is not only very entertaining content, but it is kid friendly and the dolls have good Christian-like morals. The videos also teach good lessons. Take “Barbie- The New Boy At School” for instance. The video is about a little boy who is new to Chelsea’s school. The boy got bullied because of him having speech difficulties.  One day Barbie’s sister Chelsea stands up for the boy and they become very close friends. The video inspires kids to stand up for someone who they see getting bullied. It is one of her most popular videos. Overall, I highly recommend this channel, if you have a child who enjoys Barbie dolls, try showing them this channel. I promise they won’t be disappointed :)
