Krampus is the evil version of Santa Claus, the guy who, in many European traditions, especially in Germany, doesn't just leave a lump of coal in your stocking in case you are bad. He is someone who actually goes and kills children, or at least kidnaps them, if they do the wrong thing during the year.

The idea of Krampus is something that is unknown in most of the world. Most people who celebrate Christmas and who know about Santa Claus have no idea that there even is a Krampus, let alone that it explains, in a much more meaningful way, why Santa keeps his list.

The reason I chose this name is because many people look at something and just accept what they are told, but in reality there is usually something else behind it, something that we are not told.

People look at the story of Adam and Eve from the Christian Bible, and accept that Eve is subservient to Adam because of patriotism, but another story, including Lilith explains it in a much better way = that Lilith was created equal with Adam and that she betrayed him, which is why Eve was created to be subservient.

The story of Lilith, like the story of Krampus, is little known, and indeed most people say that it isn't really the true story (in either case); but, logically, they make a lot more sense, and they fill in the gaps a lot nicer.

So if you see me editing, and you see me question something, that's why. Because I'd like Wikipedia to be accurate, to be the whole of what something is, not just what is easily able to be found.

I am not pushy with insisting on getting my way, and I am happy to be in the background, like Krampus is with Santa Claus, but hopefully these little truths get in somewhat, just a little bit.
