Various RfA criterion I use when evaluating a candidate:

• Signature: WP:DEFAULTSIG, no exceptions.
• Edit count: Twice as many as I had when I passed RfA.
• Userboxes: Should be prominently displayed on the user's userpage or on a linked subpage.
• Language proficiency: Must be en-4 or better.
• Conflicts: The more you've been in, the better. That way as an admin, we know you won't shrink away from teh drahmaz.
