Jay Burnz Jay is an American rapper from Newark, New Jersey. He is best known for being featured on the song Attack of New Jeruzalum from off of the 1994 Artifacts(group) album , Between A Rock And A Hard Place on the label Big Beat Records (Atlantic Records subsidiary). Along with Artifacts(group) member Tame One (Founder/President. , Jay Burnz Jay co-founded the super New Jersey based group The Boom Skwad of which Tame One appointed Jay Burnz Jay Vice President.
