Lil Pharry, born Frances Fallon, is a rapper, singer and actor from Montreal, Quebec. She began her career at an early age by posting her first YouTube video - a cover of Hello by Adele - to her YouTube channel; Frances Fallon.

Little did she know, her carreer was only beginning. She started to gain more attention and respect from her peers by becoming a rapper. By the humble age of 14, she became a full-time rapper and started going by the now iconic stage name Lil Pharry. Pharry started doing random shit such as starting a fire on a school field trip and dying her hair in a bathroom stall at the mall. People soon realized Pharry was no ordinary rapper.

Lil Pharry's first smash hit, The Government Hates Me, dropped on March 11th, 2017. In this track, she speaks out on issues regarding the government hating her. Classic. She was once cited saying "When I first went into the studio, I really was fixed on [the government hates me] being an upbeat pop song, rather than a rap. When I walked out of the studio, I had my hands on a rap and I honestly couldn't have been more happy with it.". By messing around with the rap genre, Pharry really created something for a much larger audience, hence why The Government Hates Me really was a turning point in her carreer.
