Triop Numidicus

[edit]

If you know what a Triop is just skip this first paragraph. But if your new to the Triop community and don't know what a Triop is, a Triop is a genus of small crustaceans in the order Notostraca (tadpole shrimp).

Now that you know what a Triop I'll explain what a Triop Numidicus is.Triop Numidicus is a big species of Triop that can grow up to 4-5 inches in length excluding the tail. These Triops specie is located throughout Africas temporary freshwater ponds. Numidicus temperature range is 20-30 Celsius(68-86 Fahrenheit).

This species of triops may not be a valid species at all. So thats why it is regarded as a synomomn for 'Triop Granarius' which is a real classfied specie of the genus 'Triops'. So Triop Numidicus may just be a subspecies of Granarius.
