Luis Neira[edit]

Born ( October 2 1991) in Caracas Venezuela by parents Luis Neira Blanco ( electrical engineer / political activist ) and mother Milsi Dugarte ( science teacher ). At his early age he always kept his reputation on being the top student in his school. At the age of 10 he was accepted to one of the top private schools in the country Santo Thomas De Aquino after receiving an award for best story writer in the city at his age level on which was personally handed by Venezuelan opposition leader Leopoldo Lopez. Luis's father was a supporter for the Democratic party COPEI making him and his family a target for Bolivarian group affiliated with the regime of Hugo Chavez. Several attempts were made to kill him and his father in the form of shootings being held at his home as well as a attempt to kidnap him on his way home from school were he was saved by a female individual who was waiting at the time for her son, noticed what was going to happen so then she rapidly open her car door and instantly shouted to get in her vehicle to save him from this spiteful clique linked with the Chavez regime. He then was bound to be home for a whole year for his own protection. These onslaught acts of violence gave his family no choice but to leave the country to immigrate to the United States on a political asylum due to the political persecution he was facing in 2004.

Once settled in the U.S at the age of 19, Luis discovered the anti-addictive effects of ibogaine a very powerful substance from West Africa mainly use for spiritual ceremonies as a rite of passage in the Bwiti tribe. He later attended Mesa Community College and then California State University finishing his credits at Parahealth Professionals Technical College where he obtained several certificates within the medical field as a Medical assistant, Pharmaceutical technician and Injectable specialist on which he later on used to open his first business ( Angels Botox ) preforming botox injections. He considers himself an autodidact and got the opportunity to work with some of the top plastic surgeons in the U.S including Dr. Lewis Andres and Dr. Pablo Prichard.

Collegiate wrestler (2008–2009),Luis earned All-American state Honors, finishing the year 29–12, winning the Pacific-10 Conference championship at 125 pounds and finishing fourth in the NCAA Championship's 125 pound weight class tournament. In 2009–10, Robles again earned All-American honors, finishing seventh in the NCAA 125 pound weight class, going 32–4 on the season, and repeating as the Pac-10 125 pound wrestling.

On October 2017 he was detained by ICE ( Immigration Custom Enforcement) due to his past criminal history they considered him a flight risk even though at the time president Donald Trump banned all flights to Venezuela. He then was released on a $50,000 bond and is currently facing deportation. Luis is now in the process of appealing the removal order set by the Department of Homeland Security.
