My name is Joel and I find home somewhere between Seattle, rural Kitsap Peninsula in Washington State and the Montana side of Yellowstone National Park and most of my edits and additions seem to flow from these areas. I'm not a skilled writer by any stretch of the imagination so any edits to my additions are more than welcome. I do hope however that I am a good story teller and a seeker of the unusual and undiscovered and hopefully that will shine through in my contributions. I am an art collection manager by trade and I tend to think very visually so I'm more likely to contribute photos to the creative commons than entries to wikipedia and most of my contributions can be found on wikivoyage.

Where does Lumpytrout come from? My first entry was Devil's Slide in Montana. I was fly fishing at the base of this rock formation in 2009 and wondered if it was the kind of thing that was in Wikipedia. It wasn't at the time so I struggled through the edit process and somehow it has grown into an interesting and long entry without my help.

I'm more likely to make contributions of photos to wikimedia or my latest wiki crush is wikivoyage where I'm working on such articles at Yellowstone Country.Lumpytrout (talk) 18:54, 13 February 2013 (UTC)
