An oshiguma is an impression of the kumadori (face make-up) of a kabuki actor, made on a piece of cloth (usually silk), created as an artwork and momento. Oshiguma are customarily created by the major actor or actors in a play, after the performance, and given as a highly-valued souvenir of the occasion.
