Coordinates: {{{2}}} °N {{{3}}} °E

Usage: {{coor mars|feature name|degrees north|degrees east}}

The coordinate system used is planetocentric latitude with east longitude. To find a feature's location, look it up in the Gazetteer of Planetary Nomenclature. Feature names must comply with the International Astronomical Union's rules for planetary nomenclature. For example, using Argyre Planitia, we would write:

{{coor mars|Argyre Planitia|-49.7|316.0}}

Note: the USGS mapbook doesn't provide anything meaningful if the place name is unofficial, e.g. Victoria (crater). However, Victoria is a crater in the officially named Meridiani Planum, so you would write:

{{coor mars|Meridiani Planum|-2.1|354.5}}
