The Article Creation Bootcamp is a voluntary training course for users who want help with creating new articles. The course is run with a limited number of enrollments at set times throughout the year to give each entrant the advantage of close contact with a small group of instructors and other trainees.

- What basic info should any article have? Where do I get information? (WP:RS)
- Article writing
- Why you should start a new article in your userspace and how to avoid immediate deletion.
- What is the tone you should be using? How to structure your writing. (Wikipedia:Summary style, WP:NPOV, WP:JARGON)
- A word on copyright.
- Article layout
- Making it look and sound nice.
- Images, infoboxes, videos, animations and soundfiles (spoken articles and pronunciations).
- Aiming for the bigtime
- How to get an article to become a good article or featured article.
