Madamepestilence (commonly typed in lowercase; 24 May 2002 - present) is an American-born queer, Communist, amateur political philosopher, and autistic trans woman, who became a Wikipedia editor on 13 December 2022 after wanting to remedy an article on Nuclear fusion following the achievement of break-even nuclear fusion.^[1]

Madamepestilence often faces sexual, orientation, and political discrimination (the latter primarily online) in both public and online spaces, including (but not limited to): housing, workplace conditions, illegal job application discrimination^[2], forum arguments, and increasingly dangerous political conditions at both national and state levels.^[3]^[4]^[5]

^ In the United States, job applications utilize legal loopholes to legally discriminate against potential employees, especially in at-will employment law states in which employees can be hired, fired, or quit without notice or explanation. Employers will present questions about whether someone can lift 30-50lbs (disability discrimination), if someone has, "reliable transportation," (poverty discrimination) or a Bachelor's degree (racial discrimination), or prying for someone to voluntarily give up sex or sexual orientation information (sexual and orientation discrimination), etc., especially regarding jobs that don't need these requirements or can easily fulfill them with existing employees. This has recently been automated with the invention of long-form autofill programs such as ChatGPT, which now automatically reinforce employment discrimination without the need for human interaction, resulting in frequent auto-rejections and reinforcing the philosophy of digital epidermalization.
