Donga History.
Hierarchically the political administration of the Chamba speaking people of Donga range from Gara (King) who is the paramouth ruler of the Chiefdom. The Gbana whom act as an administrator and second in command to Gara.
When there's an upsurge that request the presence of Gara on the battle field, the Gara's safety lies in the hands of Kpanghati. He's the immediate subordinate of the Gbana. The next in line is the Nya whose duty is similar with that of the Kpanghati. His a Chamba warrior.
Kuni a member of council reserved for daughters whose mothers are princess and are mostly as key advisers of the Gara. Follows is the Tigye, whom is a member of council. Next is the Mbala which amongst her duties is to please the Gara when his upset or otherwise.
The Vompobiya is a member of King makers, one whose amongst his functions,vital is to keep sacred of the Chamber tradition. While they title Gangum is more of a defence minister, a warrior, whose office warrant him to appoint his own cabinet which consist of Gbana, Kpanghati, Nya, Kuni, Tigye, Vompobiya etc. While Galim serves as his subordinate.
Zegna function as a town crier to the Gara. When the Gara couldn't make it out to the council, Zegna goes to him and gets information which he shares with the people.
Zarma is an adviser to Gara in times of war, more of a subordinate of Nya. As Fawe is mostly from the clan of Gara and one who brings information about warriors to the Gara. While Kpanduwe is a member in charge of burial rites of the Chamba people. As Kpandilgshi is in charge of Gara's outfit. He stays in the Palace and behind the Gara.
