YHOC produce rover and ranger, after long time of examination according to their knowledge of scouting,decipline,attendingcamp,etc It trains rover and ranger upto master,advancement, commissioners. About 50 Rover and Ranger are involving in this crew. The formal president of this crew is Mr. Suresh kumar Khadka.
