Star Wars

Scott is an avid fan of Star Wars and as viewed each of the six movies more than once. Do not ask him how many as he could not remember. He has contributed to the Star Wars internet community including the Wikipedia articles in the Star Wars Portal and in Wikia's Wookiepedia.

Online Forums and Portals

Master_son visits and posts in several online forums and portals - related to a hobby or a profession. The following is a list of forums he visits along with his username in each:

  • Perl Monks (master_son) - a forum/knowledge base devoted to professionals and hobbyists who use the Perl language. It follows a theme of monestary and users within the site are called "monks" Among the users is Larry Wall, one of the authors of Programming Perl (often referred to as the Camel Book) and editor of Perl Cookbook and other Perl books published by O'Reilly.
  • Jedi.Net (master_Qui-Gon_Jinn) - a Star Wars discussion and roleplaying forum. Among the features are discussions about the films, the expanded universe, miscellaneous Star Wars topics, fan fiction (created by the forum users), expanded universe, Star Wars technology, art, and gaming. There are forums for general community as well.
  • Box Office Brewery (Leinemaster) - a Box Office review forum where the users talk about movies and reviews and submit their own reviews as well as general topics. Warning: Not suitable for all viewers. Master_son is an admin on this forum.
  • Internet Movie Database - the database of facts about every film and television program available is collected here including quotes, trivia, goofs, award history and much more! Master_son contributes information on an occasional basis.
