William Mataba was born in 1946 in the then Rhodesia. A teacher by profession he only started writing very late in life after he found his stories appealed to children. His first book, An Africa Honey Guide and Other Stories was available on Amazon before it went out of production. Other books, Rising Sunset, and Meanderings and Observations were also sold on Amazon. Rising Sunset, the story of a supply teacher in London, also had limited success. He is still writing and his latest publication, An Elephant Tail and other Tales is due to be launched around Christmas of 2017.Matabawill (talk) 20:18, 13 November 2017 (UTC)
