I am a scientist and historian based at the Delaware Museum of Natural History. I completed my PhD at Drexel University and the Academy of Natural Sciences of Drexel University. My work on Wikipedia is produced independently of my affiliations with those institutions. My primary goal as a Wikipedia editor is to create and expand pages for poorly-known people involved in the history of science. I also make occasional edits to existing pages, usually to add sources and expand content. I am softly focused on American science during the period 1700–1850.
I am also an editor for the peer-reviewed journal Neotropical Naturalist (Eagle Hill) and the former editor of Cassinia, journal of the Delaware Valley Ornithological Club.
