Gospel fusion is a phrase used to describe the melting pot gospel music has come to be. Gospel music is This fusion on other musical styles has influenced other musical idioms such as soul, R&B, rock & roll and jazz. For many of the world renowned artists of today and the past, they began singing at an early age within the church experience. As these prodigies developed, they began to make self discoveries of their own expressions and define new pathways for themselves and for a generation of artists that would follow.
