Rita Arrigo (born Melbourne, 1966), is an Australia Technologist and was referred to as a Digital Diva by the Herald Sun in 1995 Biography Arrigo holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from the Monash University (1988). In 1995 she was involved in setting up Australia’s First internet café in St Kilda.
