From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Red versus Green: Two Philosophers, One God? is hopefully the title of a much anticipated book[1] documenting a debate on the existence of God between philosopher of science Colin Howson and social philosopher Nicholas Beale.

Red[edit]

In a nutshell, the Red position is that "There exists an Ultimate Creator who is revealed in Jesus of Nazareth."[2] This is just a "philosophical"[3] way of saying the earliest Christian Creed: "Jesus is Lord".[2]

Green[edit]

Actually, Colin Howson doesn't really defend green.[4]
