PREAMBLE

Xavier Rene Lafrance is a French Canadian rapper, poet, human rights activist, social justice worker, lawyer, Senator, and Member of Parliament. Xavier was born on March 1st, 2001 (his ID says 1998 so he can date older girls) in Bangor, Maine. Growing up, Xavier lived in the poorest part of Maine, where there was a seemingly endless amount of racial violence. At just age 9, Xavier helped change the political landscape of Maine, and improved the treatment towards African American minorities. Numerous police reports and state records show that Lafrance was instrumental in re-connecting the community, with one Bangor resident going as far as stating "he is the man who ended racism". Xavier Lafrance was able to connect with the African American youth in large part due to his musical talent and ability to create hit hip/hop and rap singles at a very young age. Xavier was also a star running back on his high school varsity football team (which came as a surprise to many given the fact that he is whiter than rice) and led his team, the Tellstar Texans [1] , to their first ever State title! Unfortunately, Xavier received a lot of hate for being a French minority with many classmates referring to the young teen as "French Fuck" or "Greasy Quebecer". After completing grade 9, Xavier packed his bags and headed north.

CANADA

Xavier Lafrance found a home in Quebec. Here he was with his own kind, in a place where he didn't need his fake ID to drink bartenders or girls. While living in Quebec Xavier crossed the border to attend a music festival in Ottawa, Ontario called "Bluesfest". This is what inspired his 5 time award winning song "Bike Trial"
